Group Headshot Photo Sessions
Pricing is customized to each group’s needs,
It ranges from approximately $350 – $2,000+
- Group headshot photo sessions are perfect for businesses, brands, or other organizations needing to get headshot photos done for a group of 5 or more employees, staff, associates, or other stakeholders with a coordinated or matching look to the photos.
- These are typically scheduled all on the same day, or over multiple days for large groups, and at the same location, and with the same background.

Add Ons
Additional time, number of retouched, edited photos, planning time, locations, etc., can be added on any headshot & branding photo session packages to customize it to fit your needs.
Makeup artists and/or hair stylists can be added on to any photo session as well.
Headshot photo sessions can also be added onto any other type of photo or video session offered by Jillian Regan Photography & Video.
Combined photo and video packages are available as well as 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month photo and/or video production contracts that can include headshot photos.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A deposit of 50% of the headshot & branding photo session package price is required to reserve your photo session date. If you’re adding on a makeup artist or hair stylist to your session, they may also require a deposit, this varies by makeup artist or hair stylist.
For group headshot sessions for larger organizations no deposit is required unless adding a makeup artist or hair stylist to the group photo session & they require a deposit or for a location rental that requires a deposit.
Q: How can I pay for my headshot & branding photo or group headshot session?
A: Jillian Regan Photo & Video accepts credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, & Mastercard), PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, cash, or check.
For group headshot sessions for larger organizations Jillian Regan Photo & Video offers electronic invoicing with invoices sent after the session and 30 days to pay from the date the invoice was sent.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: A payment plan can be arranged to meet your needs. All payments will have to be processed with the headshot & branding session paid in full before Jillian starts taking photos at your headshot & branding session. You can bring your payment method with credit card, cash, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp to pay at the start of the session before Jillian begins taking photos.
Group headshot sessions for larger organizations are typically invoiced after the conclusion of the shoot with 30 days to pay the invoice unless another payment plan has been arranged.
Q: Do you do headshot & branding photo or group headshot sessions outside of the Charlottesville, Virginia area?
A: Yes. Travel to locations outside of Albemarle County, Virginia has a travel fee of $50/hour of driving time. Locations more than 2 hours driving time away will require an overnight stay with additional travel costs.
